For mobility products which are not used regularly, or during periods of storage prior to and after purchase date, batteries must be charged once a week, for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void battery warranty.

Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipment process:
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.
Damages:
Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
- All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must contact Electric Wheelchairs USA to initiate the return.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com or call us at: 1-800-682-9444.
Shipping
To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.
Please read through this order guide so you know what to expect once you place an order with us.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipment process:
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.
Damages:
Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
- All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must contact Electric Wheelchairs USA to initiate the return.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com or call us at: 1-800-682-9444.
Shipping
To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

Unfortunately, the seat does not swivel. However, the armrests do flip up making it easier to get in and out of the seat.

I had this same chair for 4 years. I liked this chair enough to buy a new one just like it to replace the first one. Planning to donate the first one since there is still life in it.

This chair is very good, but to be honest, I am rough on chairs. So it has gone thru many rough and tough situations during the last almost month.
I live in the mountains of Western NC, and many driveways are gravel. Some are tough to navigate, but most are okay.
Just wish they included a spanner wrench to adjust the shocks because it is set up for only flat surfaces delivered. I will adjust the shocks to better handle uneven ground and see how that works.
Batteries seem to be very good, just do not like the battery power indicator. It says full power then once it hits one light off, it drains fast. That is not the chair nor the batteries fault, it is the programming.
Although not 100% or 5 stars on the chair. I give it five stars on the service.
And I did receive the "FREE GIFTS" the arm pouch and cup holder. They just came later. Thank you!
I will destroy this chair as with any chair within three years. I am not gentle with my chairs, I need to go outside and do stuff.
I am a bi-lateral AKA so with the foot plate it may be different for you.
Just received it today, ordered Sunday the 15th in the afternoon it arrived in 3 business days, Wed the 18th about 3 PM. Amazing!
As for the chair itself, it handles everything I need it to so far. Steep ramp both up and down. High door jamb is a breeze. Took it in the yard over some rough areas, too wet and raining but it handled them perfectly. Just haven't taken it to the backyard and basement, like I said too wet and raining.
Also took it throughout the house like my daily routine, love the small turning radius. It turns in place, just the distance of the casters. My smallest door is 30 inches, it fits through with space to spare. Also have a door at the bottom of a ramp on a 4 foot by 4 foot landing at a right angle, clears it very well.
Assembled so easy, I thought I was doing it wrong. Hardest part was to tie up the joystick wire so it didn't hang out too far.
Only downside I see is the headrest is in the way to use the rear seat pouch easily, no problem, I will leave it off.
And I never received the free gift cup holder and arm pouch.
