We understand that purchasing a powered mobility product, let alone a heavy duty all terrain scooter is a significant decision. That’s why we have partnered with Afikim to offer you an exclusive free 7-day home trial on the standard versions of the Afikim S3, S4, C3, C4, and SE models. This limited-time trial allows you to experience the scooter and ensure it meets your needs. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the scooter within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return Window
You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your scooter. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. -
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before returning the scooter, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact our customer service team to request an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. -
Packing Material
You are required to keep the original packaging and use it to return the scooter. The scooter must be securely attached to the pallet. It is your responsibility to ensure proper packing. Failure to use the original packaging will void the return. -
Condition of the Scooter
The scooter must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Any damage to the scooter will result in a deduction from your refund. We will inspect the scooter upon return with video proof to verify its condition. -
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping Costs
The restocking fee and return shipping costs will be waived if all the return requirements are met, including using the original packaging and returning the scooter in its original condition.
Damaged During Shipping
If the scooter arrives damaged, contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping costs.
Damaged During Trial
You will be responsible for any damage that occurs to the scooter during the trial period. The scooter will be inspected for damage with video proof upon return, and charges will be applied accordingly.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned scooter, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom Orders
Custom orders, including but not limited to canopies, Shabbat switches, foot throttles, and golf tires, are not eligible for this trial period.
Scooter Specifications
Scooters that are operating within the manufacturer’s specifications are not eligible for return. Please ensure the scooter meets your needs before initiating the trial.
Scooter Size
Scooter size will not be considered a valid reason for return. Please ensure that the scooter size meets your requirements before purchasing.
