At present I give Afikim 5 stars for the Dual Seat scooter.
Customer service, I received a call from Afikim Service the day after I reported the problem. They also explained that it can take up 2 weeks for service tech to call back with appointment.
The problem I have with the S4 that I received, it only has 1/2 speed with high speed not working. It might have been corrected if I was able to look under rear wheels, but being disabled, i couldn't when Afikim called.
Only assembly I had was to mount the tote box.
Electric Wheelchairs USA was very fast in shipping.
Wonderful product.
