Shipment process:
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.
Damages:
Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
- All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Shipping
To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.

The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

Yes this unit is charged in any standard wall outlet. It is not considered street legal, but most people do ride them in bike lanes, on sidwalks, or in gated communities. As for riding in the snow, we do not recommend riding any of our units in the snow.

Can I fit a manual wheelchair inside?
That is hard to answer not knowing the size of your wheelchair. The dimensions of the product are 90" x 46" x 63" and there is ample room in behind the front seat.

I had been trying to find the best way for my grandfather to get around town without him having to worry about things like the weather when I stumbled across this item. Let me tell you that it was the best purchase I have ever made. My grandfather can go to the store around the corner whether it be sunshine or rain, day or night. He can safely and efficiently get from place to place. He loves it. I love it. To be honest, it is just fun to drive around in. If you are ever in need of a scooter but don't want to worry about weather being an issue, GET THE Q Runner!!!
This enclosed Mobility Scooter makes a huge difference in my life. I am able to get to the store's and other places I need to go without worrying about the weather.
Item came ahead of schedule and arrived just how described
I think you need to add AC. So people with asthma and allergies could enjoy using it year round.
This is the first “car” I’ve ever had.
I primarily use it in the bike lanes. I get so many questions. Everyone loves it. It is primarily plastic but it functions great! It came fully charged. I’ve been practicing in an empty parking lot but I still overestimate my parking. The only thing I wish it had was a storage compartment and big door pockets. I added a few things like a rear view mirror, cup holders, a behind the seat storage bag and some adhesive hooks for hanging things.
