All new products have a limited warranty. All batteries have a six-month warranty. Spare parts have a one-year warranty. The limited warranty does not include labor or device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, non-durable components and components subject to normal wear and needs replacement from time to time (for example rubber materials, accessories, wheels or brakes, and plastic parts). All warranty claims require proof of purchase and a serial number. The customer must provide the complete serial number, model number, purchase channel, and order number to the Company. For products under warranty, the Company reserves the right to send a free-of-charge repair part to the customer.
Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. Damages:
Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
- All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com or call us at: 1-800-682-9444.
Shipping
To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com or call us at: 1-800-682-9444.
Shipping
To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

ComfyGo IQ-8000 Remote Controlled Folding Power Wheelchair
We received my husbands ComfyGo IQ-8000 Remote Controlled Folding Power Wheelchair and couldn't be happier. It was easy to learn the joy stick and now have more freedom to enjoy life to it's fullest. So far we have used it in the house (with hardwood floors), on the ramp from house to garage, and to the grocery store (wonderful adventure). This electric wheelchair has plenty of power for our needs. It is so much lighter than his scooter and easier to put in the SUV. Easy to order on line, and friendly staff that kept us informed of where our shipment was in transit. Would highly recommend!

The delivery was prompt and we are very pleased with it. Its a little heavy for us putting it in the car as we are elderly.
I ordered this due to losing a leg below the knee. I did a lot of window shopping and after that exhaustive experience based on price and features, decided this was the chair I wanted. I wish I had more info about what my needs were, which is no fault of anybody but myself. The chair itself has quite a bit of torque and power. It is very comfortable and well built. Folding and unfolding has been quite a chore for my caregivers. I'm taking off 1 star for the following: The velcro that holds the seat back, leg support and under carriage storage does not stay attached very well, if at all. The joystick controller is pretty hard to control, especially when trying to back up. It swings the opposite direction than what you are expecting to go, because of the pivot point of the front wheels. It's not a deal breaker, but it definitely takes a bit to get used to. Also the joystick controller body is quite large and can get in the way if you are reaching for things. Again, definitely not a deal breaker, just be aware of these features. I like that it has the headlight and USB charger, however, I wish there was a way to put brighter or more lights on this. You could do it, but there is very limited frame exposure to attach anything. I have mostly used this chair for any outdoor trips that will be quite a lot of 'walking' or distance, with hills.
I would recommend this wheel chair, but, please make sure you know what your requirements are before ordering. I need to have my amputated leg elevated, which this chair does not accomadate. That is the design of the chair and I didn't know I needed to have this feature when I ordered it.
