Heartway’s Standard Warranty
The covered standard warranty are for parts only, will be 3 years on frame, and 1 year on Electronics parts, like motors, and control panel..etc. No warranty on wear & tear items like tires, arm pad, etc.
Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipment process:
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com.
Damages:
Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
- All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Clearance items

Shipping
To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

Up until this point, Robert had didn't know much about mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs. He did some research online but couldn't find an online store that was easy to shop or had a wide-selection and educational articles to help him learn about power chairs and electric scooters. Can the tires/wheels be upgraded to traverse sand like at the beach?
Unfortunately, there are not other tires available for this unit. We also not advise riding any mobility scooter on the beach as the sand could cause serious problems with the unit.

Is there one made for soft sand?
I would not advise using this unit or any of our units on sand as it can be damaging to the electrical components.

You could, but we do not advise riding it on the beach do to the potential of getting stuck or getting sand caught in the elements of the unit causing damage.

This scooter is amazing!! My husband had the biggest grin while he was tearing around the neighborhood. And it is fast! So far, he has driven on uneven ground, soft spots in the yard, and blacktop with no problems. 2 things not so great. The headlights are pretty dim. We're looking for something brighter we can attach to the scooter. And the cupholders are some ancient design that will only fit a tiny water bottle or something, definitely not a regular cup. It will not take a steep slope, so get prepared with the proper ramps and scooter carrier. It is so quiet that we won't have any problem on park trails. Whoo hoo!! No more being stuck in front of the TV!!

This Monster Scooter is a 5 star in my book. Boy what a fun ride this is and don't count on getting anywhere fast as everyone who sees you riding on it wants to stop you and talk. This is my 1st summer riding my S12X and I've not had not a single problem with any issue regarding this machine. I know if I were a dealer I could sell one of these units every single week without question. Everyone is taken back when they see me riding by and are so curious and wanting to know everything about it. The real trick to have a problem free machine is to know how to take care of it. I bought the very best battery I could fine so being able to travel way over the 28 mile limit is no problem for me, and it gets a bit scary when you find yourself going over 18 miles per hour... just hold on because it a fun ride.
