WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the Scooter.
This Warranty excludes:
Battery Charger: The charger carries a 30 day warranty.
Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, throttle, brakes, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers)
Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, commercial use, or use other than normal.
Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.
Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific and prior consent from E-Wheels.
Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipment process:
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. Damages:
Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
- All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping
To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricwheelchairsusa.com or call us at: 1-800-682-9444.
Shipping
To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

If the unit can fit in "normal home entrances" is a difficult question to answer, but typically, yes. It is 27" in width. Also, it does not have a trailer hookup.

Just received this yesterday 6/14. Haven't been able to unpack it yet so can't review it. I am a disabled senior so I will need to hire someone to unpack it.
I want one of your scooters so very badly but not many Medicare recipients, we can’t get one of your scooters. The small side business will allow you to service the many, many, many Medicare patients can afford your scooter with Medicare , but cannot afford one without it. I know the hassle of dealing with government medical insurance ( I’m a retired social worker), but I also know that if you had a side business that only dealt with Medicare it would be extremely profitable for you and extremely helpful for Medicare recipients like me. And it would not slow down your other business with all the government red tape. Someone who is familiar with gov bureaucracy could complete the necessary paperwork with little to no problem so that the customer win and so do you. I love my EZWheels. For those in California because this can go upto 25 MPH state law required it be registered with DMV! It’s not that expensive and dmv will issue a VIN and tags for this scooter! But a drivers license is not needed!
I was pulled over by city police and they was nice and told me about the law! They never gave me a ticket so I went into dmv Costa Mesa and confirmed this makes it easier to if needed ride in the streets when there is not sidewalks or bike lanes! And I was able to get insurance in case of an accident which is also a plus! The only thing I don’t like about the whole wheel company is that getting replacement parts takes a while due to Covid-19! The stereo is am and so wish It was both am and FM! I love in a studio apartment and sometimes I have to slide the chair test or right to get it into the door! But this chair will not fit in city buses as it it to big! I love the fact it can go 45 miles on a single charge! I can spend the day out and about and with the alarm I done need to worry!
