Damages:
Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.

Shipping
To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

Shipping
To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

Up until this point, Robert had didn't know much about mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs. He did some research online but couldn't find an online store that was easy to shop or had a wide-selection and educational articles to help him learn about power chairs and electric scooters. Looking for a light weight option for my parents dad is 6'3" tall roughly two hundred pounds. They live in illinois roughly an hour from Chicago. Is there anywhere they could test them out? My mom is tiny and might be the one loading it. Dad can walk but has lung disease so very limited walking.

Feather Mobility Ultra Lightweight Power Chair (33lbs)
This featherweight electric wheelchair changed my life!! I USED to have assistance to go anywhere (getting to the bathroom, bathing, grocery shopping, MANY doctor appointments, getting to bed and much more!! Love my featherweight electric wheelchair VERY MUCH!! Only downside is that I have cervical and lumbar disc degeneration and my right SI joint is gone. I would like more lumbar & cervical support. Good luck with this small company if they are empathetic and send you free support for your incurable back issues. Despite the lack of back support (and the fact that they’re an American company, that only sells to 48 USA states, yet their chairs are made in China), I LOVE MY ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR AND DO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! PS…I was diagnosed with terminal cancer a month before I received this chair. I HOPE this small company survives longer than I do. Good luck to this company and good luck to you all!
