Founded by Scotty Schonewitz, Team Adaptive provides hope to individuals bound to their homes due to immobility by addressing their growing needs and desires. Scotty, who is also Team Adaptive's CEO, started the company with the goal of helping handicapped people lead happier and more productive lives, regardless of their handicap level. Team Adaptive has three facilities located in Mobile, AL, Panama City, FL, and Biloxi, MS. Each of their offices are managed by professionals with years of experience and training so it's no surprise that Team Adaptive is considered the premier dealer of handicap-accessible vans in the entire region. They also specialize in Braun conversions for various kinds of vehicles. Team Adaptive is a proud holder of NMEDA's coveted QAP designation. In Scotty's own words, Team Adaptive didn't invent wheels, but they have discovered new ways to use those wheels for the benefit of individuals with handicaps.
