If you have a problem with your scooter, simply call one of our expert customer service representatives; Electric Wheelchairs USA will have the parts shipped directly to you - free of charge. Every effort will be made to return your scooter to working condition in the shortest time possible. The following parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase.
Lifetime Limited Warranty - Product Frame, Seat Post, Platform, Frame Welds
24 Months Limited Warranty - Electronic Controller, Motor/Gearbox Assembly
12 Month Warranty - Batteries
The following are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at time of delivery and are not included in any additional warranties:
Plastic Shrouds and Footrests, Upholstery and Seating, Armrest Pads, Tires and Tubes, Anti-Tip Wheels, Floor Mats, Plastic Connections, Metal Connection Pins, Hardware, Nuts and Bolts, Brake Pads, Front Rigging Mounting Brackets and any other piece that is not listed in the above warranty.
The warranty does not apply if the unit has been altered in any way, misuse or accident has occurred, batteries were not properly stored, exceeding the weight limit of the unit and acts of nature.
Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipment process:
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. Damages:
Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@electricwheelchairsusa.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible costs to repair the item to return it to new and sellable condition.
- All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

MEET THE FOUNDER
The owner, Robert, started Electric Wheelchairs USA to help those who want to become mobile and regain their independence, no matter if they are older, are healing, have an injury, a disability, or suffer from obesity.
In 2013, Robert was introduced to electric wheelchairs when his next door neighbor Leroy broke his hip and was not able to walk. He needed help getting around because Leroy lived an active lifestyle and he did not want to give up, so Robert was determined to find a solution to give Leroy his independence back.
Robert was raised by his mother and came from a single parent home. Knowing that, Leroy took Robert under his wing while he was growing up and the two became very close and formed a special bond.

Up until this point, Robert had didn't know much about mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs. He did some research online but couldn't find an online store that was easy to shop or had a wide-selection and educational articles to help him learn about power chairs and electric scooters. What is your return policy?
We do offer a 30 day return policy. However, if you are returning simply due to buyer's remorse where there is nothing wrong with the unit and you don't want it, you would be responsible for return shipping costs and there is a 25% restocking fee. If there is some type of defect with the product, that is where the warranty comes into play and the manufacturer will resolve it as long as its within the warranty period. This unit does have 1 year of in home service for the first year included their warranty.

Is there a wider seat (20) for the Drive Zoo Me Autoflex. I have nerve damage in my left hip and can't handle the pressure of the narrower seat.

It is a bit heavier than I expected but love it
The scooter is everything I wanted. I never received the free gifts (cup holder and arm bag). I called 2 times and was told the gifts were on the way. Still haven't received them!
I love my Drive Medical ZooMe AutoFlex Folding Travel Scooter.my Wife and I took a trip around our subdivision last night I set the speed to match her walking pace and it was only about a mile but it was nice to get outside and the scooter was great no problems at all.anyone that needs a scooter ,this is a good one
