However, this battery offers a range of 18 miles per charge, which is still quite impressive! The Triaxe Sport for sale is also lightweight weighing in at just 55 lbs. However, this unit can handle an impressive 350 lbs of load weight, so it is suitable for just about any person. COMFORTABLE SEATING OPTIONS:
With the Triaxe Sport, you have a choice of 2 types of seating options. It comes standard with a 13" wide seat. If that doesn't work for you, there is an upgraded seat option that is 18" in width. This seat is cushioned for comfort and the backrest folds down against the base of the seat. This helps when pressing the seat towards the floor board to get this unit in the most compact position.
IMPROVED DESIGN:
It is also now shipped fully assembled, so it is ready to go out the box! This folding mobility scooter offers a front wheel drive configuration, adjustable handlebars to fit the rider's arm length, and comes with an ultra bright LED headlight to assist with safe night driving. It also comes with rear disk brakes and a parking brake when you are parking on steep inclines.
This unit also comes with 2 speed settings. The first one allows the rider to reach speeds of up to 6 mph. This helps you maintain a safe pace when you just want to cruise. The 2nd setting, you can reach speeds of up to 12 mph. This is more suited when you are trying to get somewhere quickly, like catching your flight at the airport! There is now a rubber foot pad, that helps add safety to your experience and the bumper is larger and has foam wrap for added safety as well.
Another great feature is the grip throttle has been modified to a half twist grip throttle. This helps you accelerate quicker than before. 3 wheel scooters are a concern for some people because of their sturdiness with only 3 touch points to the ground. Yes, this can be used in grass or gravel as long as the grass in manicured and the terrain is level.

Is this waterproof, can it be driven over grass?
None of our units are waterproof as they are electric. As for driving in the grass, it should not be a problem as long as the terrain is level and the grass is maintained.

An additional battery for this unit is $550.

Hi, Can you purchase a wider seat with arm rest?
This unit comes with a 13" wide seat standard, but you can get an upgraded 18" wide seat for an additional $150. Unfortunately, there are not armrests available for this unit.

Yes, there is a speed control dial where you can go as slow as 1 mph.
