NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.
NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.

I'm 6feet 4inches tall ..will I be comfortable?
That is a difficult question to answer, but the unit is 43.5" in length and since it is 3 wheeled, you can extend your legs our further than you would on a 4 wheel.

i just received a Golden Scooter yesterday and was too large for me. I would like to return it I would prefer this scooter what do I need to do to return the scooter. I need to know where to take it so they can pack it.
